Please contact me at 866-625-2612 or 251-342-6466 if you have any questions about how this
works...
- Choose from the list below, which tests you want done.
- When you pay for testing, your email address will come to me
(from Google Checkout).
- I will then (within 24 hours) e-mail to you a
doctor's order to take to the lab (as file that you can print). Your money will go from your account....to PayPal...to my
account...to LabCorp; so, you will not need any money when you get to the lab
(I have a nation-wide account with LabCorp). Charges appear as "LifeStream Medical" on
your credit card.
- So, next you should take the lab order (which
you printed from the email I send to you) to the
closest lab.
- Within 7 to 10 days, the lab results can be viewed by
me at a LabCorp web site (that exceeds all required privacy laws).
- I email your results to you.
- If your results indicate that you may benefit by
treatment, you may then make an appointment with me or another physician in
your area. I can help you find another physician or can
write a letter for you to take to your physician.
By ordering tests here, you are agreeing that I did not promise
that you would receive any re-payment from any insurance carrier or from
Medicare for these tests (But, usually, insurance reimburses for testing).

If you live in another state, I'd be happy to give you an interpretation of
your lab work (talk with you on the phone about your
results), and write a letter to take to your local physician. I'm not able to
prescribe medications without a physical exam by me, but I can
hopefully encourage your local physician to prescribe some of the therapies
recommended and can explain to you what non-prescription therapies would be most
helpful for you.
